Took my 11 year old grandson bowling. We had a great time. The staff were really friendly chatting away with him especially about his favorite time of the year which is Halloween. He enjoyed it so much that he is having his birthday party there later in the year. I would highly recommend Hollywood Bowl Belfast for a good day or night out for the whole family

Atrocious customer service. Discriminatory and racist. Kept shutting down our lane by “accident” and when we complained they threatened to close it again for simply complaining. All employees there including the manager have a crazy power trip. We did not complete our service due to the terrible service and were told to leave and we would get a refund through a number provided. Number was fake. And no refund authorisation was given. Untrustworthy manager aswell.

A group of us went to Hollywood Bowl, Belfast this evening to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday. We all had a fantastic time. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and look forward to our next visit!

I definitely enjoyed the time I spent here with my friends. We just wanted to relax and ended up bowling and it was fun. The management and service was super great and the place is neat.

We didn't plan to go there because of the reviews but we finally did and it was a really good experience actually, we only did bowling there so my review will only be about that tho. The staff were really nice and helpful, they have bowling shoes in case of your shoes are not suitable for the lane, the place itself is really new, so are the balls, in really good shape, you can manage your names, pictures etc... with the tablet attached to your lane, quite high tech and rare, we had no lane problem during our 3 games, the place was clean but we weren't on a busy day (monday noon). You also have a leaderboard of the day which is funny. There was a 3 games discount this day which was 24£ total for 2 players so actually really cheap. You can get coffee there. I would recommend, at least for bowling 👍 Sincerely your, The Johnny team

Absolutely appalling service!!!! DO NOT come here Woman rude behind bar So they have a FULL BAR with a range of drinks,spirits and draughts! Yet you can’t buy a drink when you’re bowling unless you buy a main meal or you can have soft drinks only without a main meal! I think it’s absolutely ridiculous, for us we had just eaten at a restaurant in town! AND we’d paid for 3 games of bowling which costs a bomb anyway and you can’t even buy a drink!!!! Absolutely ridiculous
